Enjoyed our well furnished and spotless rooms.
They provided plenty of delicious choices for breakfast that was included. Booked a room with a microwave and refrigerator. Nice and peaceful location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.
We had to wait 8 minutes for the desk clerk to show up at the reception desk to check us in. Don't know where she was but it is a bad system of the desk is vacant for such a long time. She also didn't apologize for the wait. She just said "I'm here".

Imagine arriving late only to find they reserve a handicap room instead of your booked one!!! Luggage racks could definitely enhance the comfort for groups!!! A better notice about parking fees would also be appreciated!!!

Breakfast room was the best we have ever experienced for the price- great selection, delicious food, nice big high table that fit the whole family and incredibly friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

A combination of hits and misses
Breakfast choices were plentiful, with eggs, bacon, and oatmeal, and the cleanliness was amazing! Staff were attentive and ensured our needs were met.
Experiencing a malfunctioning toilet was inconvenient, and noisy guests disrupted sleep. The hotel appeared tired and in need of a refresh.

Appetising food, overall well-kept place.
Well furnished and a nice size room and comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Comfy and magnificent location to a large shopping area which is very convenient, good for visiting Springfield.
